Processing Times

All orders are processed same business day for orders placed before 3 p.m. central time (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or postal processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately with photos and your order number.
We’ll do our best to help you file a claim and ensure your satisfaction.
